Recent Microsoft update (Oct 2022) issue...
Since Microsoft Update in October 2022, my software RootMagic8 API stop working when I tried to connect SearchFamily.org. Please fix it asap.

We've received reports from some users who have installed the Windows 10, October 2022 updates (version 21H1 or 21H2) and have discovered that RootsMagic 8 can no longer log into FamilySearch.
After some investigation, we have learned of a known issue in Microsoft's update that can break the TLS internet security protocol. This affects not only RootsMagic 8, but many other products, including some of Microsoft's own software.
We haven't yet found any workarounds that we or our users can use for this problem but will keep investigating. Hopefully, Microsoft can fix and patch the issue on their end soon.
To be clear, this issue only affects RootsMagic 8 (not previous versions) running on Windows 10 with the latest Windows updates. Windows 7, 8, 11, and macOS are unaffected. And not everyone who has Windows 10 with the update appears to be affected.
If you have Windows 10, have installed the October 2022 updates, and cannot connect to FamilySearch using RootsMagic 8, you may try uninstalling the Windows 10, October 2022 updates to restore functionality.
We (and others) are watching the situation and hope to have a solution soon. As we learn more we will provide updates on our Facebook and Community pages.

Good Morning, Using RM8 v8.2.5 I tried to match SearchFamily person and it kept searching forever. What action do I do? Waiting for the API fix?
