The backup task be scheduled, backup is always do full back, it takes too long time because two many files. I also have a windows server 2016 standard server, normally backup task only do one time full backup, and then it always does incremental backup.
Is there someone can guide why backup task always does full backup on 2019, thanks in advance.

    Hi,

In order to set the backup to incremental, you should do the following:

    1. Open the WSB, click Configure Performance Settings and tick Faster backup performance, then click OK.
    2. Click Backup Schedule or Backup Once, then follow the screen prompt to create a new incremental backup in Windows Server 2019.

I hope this answers your question.
