Microsoft 365 Admin Error

We can't enter admin mode.we can't call "office.com" site. What is this error?

you may clear the browser cache, and as a result, anything should work properly. Is this still an ongoing issue?

I would recommend creating a ticket on https://admin.microsoft.com/ as this is not normal behaviour.
