Hi!

Possible, that the installer is offline actually? I cannot download the dashboard here...

    Yes, I found this problem too. You can describe the issue on feedback site, which can get your issue noticed by members of the product team. I also found this issue in Github's Issue. I believe the product team will give a reasonable explanation or re-release the download link soon.
