lchown EPERM error on Azure web app

Trying to setup an app and when running npm install command, its failing with lchown error.

Am running command as root but still no luck.

    Thanks@AIMyth DevOps for sharing that issue was due to some mis-match in .git configuration and by doing git init and then after pushing the changes, npm install worked fine and issue was resolved.

    Appreciate your response. I am sharing this to wider audience for community benefits.
