microsoft partner center ->hardware -> driver it's not available

Question

when I login microsoft partner cente,click hardware -> driver,it show me the below error message:

Hi, have you solved this problem? I also have this problem and cannot sign drivers anymore.

MS should fix this issue ASAP!

I updated cert per https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/hardware-dev-center/important-all-partners-must-reassociate-their-signing/ba-p/2770529 , but still hit the same failure.
