RSV redundancy when used with ASR

Question

Is there any official (i.e. formally documented in the ASR product page) documentation that says RSV redundancy is ignored (and therefore not billable) when using it as a target vault for ASR?

I've always assumed that charges for RSV are independent of whatever solution was using it as a target, but then I came across this post: https://learn.microsoft.com/answers/comments/339125/view.html

When asked for clarification, MS support replied back with the following email snippet:

As far your question, the clarification given by MS support is correct. RSV redundancy doesn't apply or ASR, managed disks are always LRS. So, it doesn't affect your ASR costing.
