Get change notification of the recurring event instance

I have created a subscription for calendar events for type: created, updated, deleted.
The issue is that if a recurring event is declined then I get a change notification of type updated for the original instance of that recurring event. I don't get a change notification for the specific event that was declined.

Is this a bug or is this the expected behaviour?
I want to get the id of the event that was declined/deleted.

    As per this Documentation change notifications is not available for calendar resource as of now. As you have mentioned currently it is enabled for outlook events only for now.
