How to create a teams bot using third party bot rest api

How can we create teams bot from third party bot rest api.

We have an external Bot which has rest api. How can we integate this Bot api in our teams bot.
In teams, the bot should work same as external Bot.

We have an rest api which is in intranet. We need to create teams Bot using this Rest api.
we will call the rest api based on the user input message and send the response of rest API back to the user.
Tried this but locally its working but after hosting its not working giving error "No such host is known" (host is the rest api deployed doman name)
How can we achievie this using C#.
Or any other ways to achive this kind of functionality.
