Problem with duplication of meetings in a user mailbox
Hello,
we have a problem with calendar entries in a user mailbox of a colleague. It is directly in this calendar, not a Shared Mailbox. He has a meeting in his calendar for which the participants have already agreed. Now he tries to copy the meeting to a week later, simply with CTRL C and CTRL V in the calendar a week later. However, the meeting is not created in the calendar one week later, but as a duplicate at the same time as the original.
The behavior is only like this since we migrated everything to M365 online. With Exchange On Prem it still worked as normal.
In addition, if now the duplicate is removed, the actual meeting is canceled with. This is totally confusing for the users.
What could be the reason for this?
