Need to seperate multiple data from one column to multiple column

Hello All,

I hope all are doing good.

I am trying to separate the data from Power Query which is mentioned in the Input Table, but I am not getting the desired data which is mentioned is mentioned in Output Table . Can anyone please help me to get this data sorted.
