Refund information in Partner Center transaction history

Hello, when we download our Microsoft Store transaction history from Partner Center, it shows that some of the transactions were refunded to customers, even though our app is not supposed to be refundable.

Further, the customers' email addresses are not listed in the transactions. Therefore, there is no way for us to know exactly which customers these were, and they are probably still using our app even though they got a refund.

Is there any way to get the customer email address associated with a refund so that we can disable the app for them?

    Hi Eric,

For any Parner Center queries and issues I suggest you to raise a support case with Microsoft.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Is there any way to get the customer email address associated with a refund so that we can disable the app for them?

Currently, there is not such way that you could get customer private information. But you could talk with the Store team about the details of the refund. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us Tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose CHAT NOW or SUBMIT AN INCIDENT

    Thank you.
