Phantom live events, cannot delete

I had a few stopped live events during my free trial subscription, after switching to pay as you go I cannot access these (404 error) even though they are listed and do create conflict if I try to create another one with the same name.
Normally I have to delete the live output of the event to delete the event itself but now it does a 404 on accessing the live event, and a conflict on delete.
I change the code of my platform so it takes other names but it is kinda annoying, any fix?
