AIP - Shared document not opening in web

Hi All,

Need some advice on below

We have applied AIP labeling for all users, some of the users are trying to share the documents as shown below

Once they provide the recipient, recipient receives email but when open they get below error

I verified and assume

"Your organization has not turned on the ability to process content in Office online files that have encrypted sensitivity labels" should be Turned on. Think its already turned on but still i get the above error

Could you please advice if any other feature i need to enable to make sure all users are able to access shared documents which is encrypted

    Hi @karthik palani ,

    I found a known issue about your similar problem, the workaround still uses the desktop version to open the file. You can submit feedback to Microsoft and we will track this issue as well.
