    Hi, @Vasilis
Excel for Mac does not have this feature, this feature is only available in Excel for Windows, one workaround is to extract the image and insert data from the image if the PDF data is in image format.

If your version of Microsoft Excel (16.67) with a Microsoft 365 subscription does not include the data transfer function from PDF to Excel, you have a few options:

    1. Use an Online Conversion Tool: There are many online conversion tools available that can convert PDF files to Excel. Simply upload your PDF file, and the tool will generate an Excel spreadsheet that you can download.
    2. Use a Third-Party Conversion Tool: There are many third-party conversion tools available that can be installed on your computer and used to convert PDF files to Excel. Some of these tools are free, while others require a paid subscription.
    3. Use Adobe Acrobat: If you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, you can use it to convert PDF files to Excel. Adobe Acrobat can be used to export PDF data directly into an Excel spreadsheet.
    4. Manually Copy and Paste Data: If you only need to extract a small amount of data from a PDF file, you can manually copy and paste the data into an Excel spreadsheet.

These are a few options to consider if your version of Microsoft Excel does not include the data transfer function from PDF to Excel. Choose the option that works best for you based on your specific needs and resources.
