Radius authentication for WIFI client with an NPS deployed in Azure Tenant

Hello, is possible that for some reason the Certificate authentication of a Radius Server deployed in Azure tenant is blocked or limited?
I've built a Radius Server in our Azure tenant and the Machine certificate authentication simply does not work without any particular error.
