Add sign-in to Microsoft to an ASP.NET web app

Hello, I work for a school and they would like to implement a MS sign in on an app.
The AD admin gave me this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/tutorial-v2-asp-webapp.
The flow goes well until I log off then when I try to sign in, northing happens.
But if I reload my environement in visual studio I can normally sign in.
May you help me ?

    Hi @Shweta Mathur , thanks for your answer.
    I forgot to say that I've the same problem with localhost and in production.
    If I wait long enough ( 1-2 days ) , I can sign in with my microsoft account again. But if I logoff, I can't resign in.
    ( for me it looks like a problem of cookies ? )
    I'm not a specialist , your answer stays the same even with those new infos ?
    There's another way to implement a MS sign in ?
