Hi,

I am trying to trial MS project for our organisation, however when trying to set up a trial we get this message:

It looks like you can’t use this trial with this account: xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx .com Your tenant is not eligible. Check for other products.

We have tried user accounts and our admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx .onmicrosoft.com user, all of which give the same error.

Is there a way round this?

Obviously, we wont sign up for a software package that we have no ability to test, as if it doesn't work for us, we're stuck in a contract term with a package that is of no use.

    Hi, thank you for the response, I have tried the link you provided and I get the message:

    You already have a subscription through work
    Your organization manages your use of xxx@X .com. If you want to sign up for Project Plan 3 Trial, sign out of your work account and create a new account that you manage on your own.

    However, I can get a trial for plan 1 which while useful for evaluation lacks the roadmap feature, or subprojects.

    I'll make a request with support here in the UK.
