unable to access the azure lab access - no active azure subscription is not listed (Microsoft Azure cloud week for partners)

Hi,
Last week I have attended the Microsoft Azure cloud week for partners, when I tried to attend the lab now, I am not able to access it. I am getting a prompt that there is no active subscription available with my account, but there should be an azure pass subscription enable for me since I have attended the programme and lab is part of that. kindly help and do the needful.

    However from previous experience, access to the lab environments is time limited for the duration of events and is not open ended.
