My first time using content control in Word (2013). I'm trying to combine the entries from rich text content controls into a single text string, then assign that to the title of the document. I eventually want to use that title in the footer of each page. 263608-content-controls.png

All you need do is apply a different, though unique, Style name to each of the content controls, then use three STYLEREF fields in the document footer referencing those three styles in turn.

For more information on the STYLEREF field, see: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/field-codes-styleref-field-4ad557c2-c8ab-48ba-8fe3-901d0a5775d0
