.Net 3.5 on Windows Server 2019

Question

Hi all,

I have built a Win 2019 Virtual server and need to install .NET 3.5 to run an application. Server manager fails with an error 0x80070002 regardless of what I try

I tried the generic install, changes the source to 'C:\Windows\WinSxS', and tried DISM form the command pro.mpt to look online but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
