Having an issue with rating regions, tv shows, movies and apps settings in iPad!

Hello expert!

I have applied the device restrictions setting from Intune to Automated enrollment device enrolled iPad. And below is the screenshot for the settings and their value applied from Intune portal:

But when I am looking into iPad device, I am getting the different value for the above-mentioned settings. Please find the screenshot for the settings and their value in device.

Can you please provide me the reason behind this. I don't think that this should be the expected result.

@Nidhi Priya Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, it is suggested to check some information:

Please make sure that the iPad is ADE enrollment device.

Please click on this restriction policy > view report to check if it is deployed successfully in intune portal.

Please try to sync the device and check if these settings are changed.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.

Hello,

Thanks for your efforts, I have checked and followed all the above-mentioned points.
But after syncing the device also, I am not getting the changed or correct value that should be there.
Can you confirm me that for these settings in Intune I am following the correct path in device. If no, then where I can find all these settings.

In device, this is showing that App ratings is enforced in Restrictions under profile.

@Nidhi Priya I didn't have ADE enrolled iOS device, so I couldn't confirm all these settings. If you have any other confusion, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to get more help. Here is the support link:
