SharePoint ADFS and Office Online Server 2016

Hello folks.

SharePoint Farm Subscribe Edition + CU November 2022

Office online Server 2016 + CU November 2022

There are several web application in farm.

In web application with Kerberos - Office Online Server 2016 works fine -the user can create and edit documents.

In web application with NTLM - Office Online Server 2016 works fine -the user can create and edit documents.

In web application with ADFS claim - Office Online Server 2016 doesn't works fine -t he user can't create and edit documents.

The errors

-while word document was created "Something went wrong and we couldn't load this content. Refreshing the browser may fix the problem"

-while excel document was created "Access Denied. You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser"
-while powerpoint document was created "Sorry we ran into a problem. Please try again"

The ULS logs contain the errors "

In Microsoft Office Web Apps logs there are Event ID 8115

Could not contact WOPI End Point. Error details - 'Unauthorized url - UREDACTED_(EnXFl8dR0lHfGb9xgR/3YoNed4Qeb70IwQeM4p80DB0=)'.

Could you help to resolve this issue?
