i have successfully migrated a test mailbox from Exchange 2010 to ExO (using remote move)
but when i look under connectors i do not see anything
mail flow is also working on the moved mailbox
are we looking in the wrong location?
what am i missing here?
without a connector between my on-prem exchange server and ExO i would not have any mail flow and the migration would not have been successful? am i correct?

Moreover, if it still doesn't create connectors for you, in this case, please manually create the connectors for mail flow between Microsoft 365 and your Exchange server 2010. After that, please re-run the HCW to see if it makes any difference. For your reference https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/use-connectors-to-configure-mail-flow/set-up-connectors-to-route-mail. By the way, please double-check if you prepared the prerequisites of Exchange Hybrid before deploying. For your reference https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/Exchange/hybrid-deployment-prerequisites.

    @Amit Singh

I'm confused. How would I have migrated / moved a mailbox from on-prem 2k10 to ExO if there was no connector? additionally, how would mail flow be working on this new mailbox thru the on-prem exchange server still holding the MX record for the domain. this tells me the connector exists. (Just not visible????)

That being said i don't really want to spin up a 2016 exchange server if i don't have to.

what about thru powersehll? is there any way to verify the connectors that way?

Connectors are used for mail flow, not mailbox migration.
The reason is still works regardless is because the hybrid connectors are used to ensure mail between on-prem and ExO is "trusted" and the internal Exchange headers arent removed.
If you have no hybrid connectors, then mail will still flow from on-prem to Exo using an existing on-prem send connector to the internet and ExO will still accept the message.

To check with powershell on the on-prem side, look for :

     get-sendconnector

    on the Exo side:
    Get-InboundConnector

    and

    Get-OutboundConnector

Personally, I would re-run the Hybrid Wizard to see if they are created this time.
