azure redis console error

Hi Guys,

I just need some help.

our corporate users wanted to access azure cache instances via redis console but they are getting the error shown in the attached image.

they are using WLAN connected to our corporate private network , which is allowed to access the internet. this private network of us has firewall for filtering other traffic for security purposes. as suggested from the error message, we added port 10225 to permit it on passing the firewall with the FQDN of redis cache server that resolves to public ip address. We also added port 6379 and 6380 as suggested from microsoft documentation, but after all that, they are still getting the error.

they are running basic 250 MB.

which side do you think we need to check further? is it from azure side or from our corporate side?
