Outlook - calendar ics file url returns "Bad Request" in response of curl call

I am trying to access my .ics outlook URL content using curl in my PHP application. But it returns "Bad Request" in response.
I can access other calendar web URLs (google calendar) content without any issue but this specific issue faces in all outlook URLs. Kindly check it and provide a solution.
