MARS Agent Deploy on-premise Servers

I have about a dozen Windows Server VMs on vSphere that I need to backup to a newly crated Azure Vault for the purpose of backups. I am fully aware of how to install the agent manually on a server; but having so many, is there a proven approach to auto deploy that will save me typing in the vault key?
