Linking Personal (Certified) account with Work Account

Hi,

I have a AZ-900 certification on my personal account, however, I am looking to link this certification with my work account to improve my companies' partner solution score.

I'm hesitant of merging the profiles, as in the event that I no longer work for the company, I would like to be able to disassociate my personal account with my work one, and to take my certifications, learning paths etc. with me - I'm not sure if merging allows you to do this.

I've linked the profiles via Partner center > Account settings > My profile > Microsoft exams and certifications - but cannot see a visible change currently on my learn profile.
