Hi,

I moved a domain user from an OU which has a deployed printer but the user machine is still showing the same printer even after restarting or running gpupdate /force. Printer server is windows server 2019 and the client OS is windows 11. The user machine is already in another OU.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

    Hello createshare-7115,

Thank you for posting in our Q&A forum.

Did you set User Configuration or Computer Configuration?

What gpo did you configure? Group policy settings or Group policy preferences?

If you configured printer via Group Policy Preferences. You can remove the policy setting manually if you do not need it.
