No, I don't have access to the code used to activate the computer. No, I don't know why it deactivated itself. All I know is that the nice young man Puneet at the help chat just kept telling me to come here to this page to post my issue here, so I am, that's what I'm doing. I have Windows 10 Enterprise edition. I activated it. A few weeks later now it's deactivated itself.

Does anyone have any solutions for REACTIVATING my Windows 10 Enterprise Edition without using the physical code that I bought and was unfortunately destroyed? Is there some way I can look up the code that was entered before Windows deactivated itself?

The customer service guy says if it was Pro or Home edition he could help me. What makes this version so different? Why can't this version be helped? If this is not the appropriate way to find help for this issue please let me know, this has been a difficult process and I would like to find a solution.

    Hi

Many third party tool exist thatcan be used to recover what key was entered. (easyus, magicalbean, etc..) Use the one you prefer.

The computer keep the key you used, but the copy might become un-activated. I would make sure you used a MAK key, a KMS key got time to live but need to be reactived by a central server from time to time.

If the key got problem to activate, try with the slmgr tool from the command line. Some windows build used to have activation problem with enterprise's key.

Use slmgr /ipk XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX with the corrcet key and do slmgr /ato

If the key can't be found with the tool I stated, then make sure you have no virus or other thing that can mess up your computer, as after activating the computer don't loose it's key for nothing. At that point you would probably need to contact your seller to have them re-issue you a key.

    Thanks
