Non-profit Azure AD Account PC Login Issue

I am working on setting up 3 computers for the non-profit I help to manage. I can login to webmail , OneDrive, etc but whenever I try to add the account to one of the computers it says "Looks like this isnt a Microsoft Account...".

I have tried this both with our vanity domain and our .onmicrosoft.com domain.

We are using Windows 10 Pro

I am seeing a lot of conflicting information as to whether or not you can actually do this, so I am just looking for a straight answer. Ideally, they would only have 1 account to login to the computer and their M365 stuff.

It was recommended I post this here...

    Hi @Brian-rc

What type of licensing do you have? Do you have an Azure AD tenant?

    Please review:

Please see the section about joining your device to Azure Active Directory.

We have a non-profit license. Yes we have Azure AD setup.

The link you sent is basically what I am trying to do but when I try to use the usernames we have setup it says its "not a Microsoft account"
