I have checked internally and sorry to inform you that currently we do not have option available to fetch disk type details in Azure PostgresSQL.
This will be considered in future by team.

I would suggest submitting this idea to the Azure Postgres feedback channel, which would be open for the user community to upvote & comment on. This allows product teams to prioritize your idea against our existing feature backlog effectively and gives insight into the potential impact of implementing the suggested feature.
