We use OneDrive sync to back up some apps on our VM, however we are now unable to enter a password into OneDrive sync to reenable the backup since we were logged out of this.

    Hi @Greg Brown

Are the password characters you enter in password box not displayed or is there any error message?
Besides, can you enter passwords and login to OneDrive online successfully?

I suggest you go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager.
Click on Windows Credentials > Check whether there is OneDrive Cached Credential.
    If yes, please remove it.

It is also recommended to reset OneDrive to have a check.

We can't type anything into the password or username box in OneDrive Sync.
    Thanks,
    Greg.

    Hello,
Thank you for your additional suggestions, however as we've already tried all of these without success any others you can offer would be gratefully received.
    Greg.

My mistake, as we hadn't tried the cftmon fix, which did the trick.
    Thanks for your help.
