Which VISIO charts to use when creating a application architecture and which to use when creating a technology architecture?

Hello,

I was requested to create an architecture representation related with Master Data in our company.

It was requested that I create:

1 - Application Architecture , showing which apps to we have related with master data and which process each one is related with
2 - Technology Architecture , Showing for all the master data apps we have inside the company what is the technologies they are using (GCP; Talend; Big Query, etc...)

For point number 1 and 2, which diagram would you use from Visio?

Do you have any thing done from your side that you can send me or post here so that I can have a baseline ?

    We recommend you use construction management diagram when creating Application Architecture.

    And for Technology Architecture we recommend you use UML deployment.
