Did not receive Notification Email for quarantined email

I'm testing Anti-Phishing for protected user/impersonated users.

the email was successfully Quarantined using the policy I've setup. Also enabled notification.

but still not receiving the notification email to request for release from quarantine. What am I missing here?

    Hi @Ainul Jasni ,
    Please navigate to the following place to check your settings:
    Quarantine policy -> Global settings -> The bottom part is shown below
    The default notification period is three days, you could manually adjust the period of sending notification emails
