Hello everyone!

We have 2 Data Centers with 2 servers each, and incoming and outcoming mails goes through 1st DC only.

mx01, mx02 = DAG01 (base 1, base 2)
mx03, mx04 = DAG02 (base 3, base 4)
DNS RR = mail.domain.com (mx01, mx02 in DC01)

ALL Virtual Directories (4 srvs) provide this address mail.domain.com/owa and so on...
There is a thin...
I want to see usual Delivery Reports, not even MessageTracking log with all mail in base 3 and base 4 (DAG02)
Of course, i cant do that, so ive decided to edit mx03 ECP Virtual Directory with localhost address, to visit it, if i have to. Not a chance, its redirect me all the time to my main DC, with mail.domain.com/ECP, with mx01, mx02.

I`ve search any options with IIS, Virtual Directories, did IISReset and else....

What options do i have, to see delivery reports with different DAGs?
My idea seems good? What i have missed?

    Hi @spoollermailz-9111 ,
Can I understand that you want to get delivery reports from EX1 and EX2 servers?
If so , I would recommend that you could use the more powerful get-messagetrackinglog command.
The parameter uses -Server to get mail flow on the specified server, as in the following example:

    Get-MessageTrackingLog -Server Mailbox01,Mailbox02 -Start "11/1/2022 09:00:00" -End "12/1/2022 17:00:00"|Export-CSV C:\1\DAG1messagetrackinglog.csv -append

For more message tracking logs, you can refer to the following links:

    Get-MessageTrackingLog (ExchangePowerShell) | Microsoft Learn

    Hi, AholicLiang-MSFT!
Thank you for sharing, but i thought about that, and wrote in advance, that "I want to see usual Delivery Reports, not even MessageTracking log".

Can I understand that you want to get delivery reports from EX1 and EX2 servers?

    No :) As i posted:

DNS RR = mail.domain.com (mx01, mx02) DAG01 (base 1, base 2) I can see delivery reports in bases, cause of virtual directories lead to that servers

I want to see log (ECP Delivery Report) with all mail in base 3 and base 4 (DAG02) (mx03, mx04)

My apologies, we have Exchange 2016 (DAG01)-2019 (DAG02).
I dont understand, theyre all here now, but...

When i searched report from db3 user, ive got nothing, but Couldnt connect to HTTPS://MX03:444/ews/exchange.asmx warning sometimes.
I found some answers for this warning, that you cannot see reports from a different AD Site (its not true, i know), but i think, that my different DAGs may cause this issue... ive been confused.

Now it`s look strange, with Pending State, but all messages been arrived, and stored into mailboxes at the same time, with no delay:

    Delivery Report for j.doe@keyman .com‎
    Submitted
    11/30/2022 14:47 OF-MX02
The message was submitted to of-mx02.of.local.
    Pending
    12/02/2022 14:24 OF-MX02
Message delivery is taking longer than expected. There may be system delays. For more information, contact your email admin.

    30.11.2022 14:47:28 DELIVER STOREDRIVER dr.smith@ms.com j.doe@keyman .com

How can i troubleshot that? To get Delivery Reports in the correct state?

    Hi @spoollka ,
Can you get delivery reports when you log in to ECP on Mx3 server?
As mentioned in your question, all mail flows are currently using MX1 and MX2.
Please first use get-messagetrackinglog to get if there are any logs in Mx3 server.
Furthermore ,please have a check that the Microsoft Exchange Transport Log Search service in MX3 is started.

However, I still recommend using get-messagetrackinglog . It is more accurate and powerful compared to delivery reports.
