Purchased Azure certificate isn't updated

I have purchased a wildcard certificate from Azure. And for all subdomains (3 subdomains) I follow the steps to point out the new certificate. But unfortunately, just one of the sub-domains certificates is updated and for the other two, they are still pointing to the old certificate which is expiring in a few days.
Can you please help me to fix that?

    @Zeynab Bahrami , are you getting any errors or warnings from the Diagnose and solve problems blade? It sounds like either a binding error or your subdomain hit a verification issue. Also check Domain troubleshooting for possible issues and fixes.
