Best Practice for sharepoint online naming convenctions

I am in process of creating SharePoint online governance doc ,could any one plz suggest me what would be the best Practices to follow for SharePoint online naming conventions in regards sites/libraries/list....etc creations

1. In the SharePoint Online, the entire file path should not be more than 400 characters which includes tenant name, site name, file name and folder name etc.
2. When naming lists and libraries, points to consider: (1) Using short names or setting titles with characters and spaces in mind: finance-hr-combined-strategic-team-collaboration-area
   (2) Remove any unnecessary or noise words such as area, team, combined; this keeps the URL shorter: finance-hr-strategic-collaboration
   (3) Once created, you can rename the title to be in the originally descriptive manner with a clean URL.
   (4) URL length is a premium, your tenant organization name, site URL, library URL all lower the amount of URL space remaining for folders and document titles.
