"schedule with pearson VUE" option not opening?

recently I merged my profiles, but I am unable to register my exam, schedule with pearson VUE not opening.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums, and you can ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"
