Hello
I created a free Azure account, but my subscription is called "Azure subscription 1" instead of "free trial". However, I see information about 30 days free use of Azure services.
I've seen the name "free trial" in every online guide, so I'm worried that my subscription has a different name. How can I change my subscription to a "free trial" (and is it even necessary in this situation)?

Converting to a free account wouldn't be possible but you could create a new one here using a different account and credit card.

Azure subscription 1 is default name when a subscription is created. At any point in time you can follow the steps given in below document section to rename your subscription as per your convenience.

Nevertheless, subscription name is just for identification and it doesn't have any impact.
