Will this system level change be removed, If end user had gpupdate /force ?

    Language-specific registry entries are found as language-specifier subkeys under the key

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex\Language\Language_Dialect.

    The name of the Language_Dialect key has two parts: the name of the language (Language) and the dialect or secondary language (Dialect).
