Commvault error when accessing Teams Channel

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have a third party that using Commvault to back up our 365 data. This is working fine for the most part but we have a Team with some private channels which are encountering an issue.

The Team in question is 'Keenan Drivers' The channels in question are the private channels within this.

The channels contain the default Files and Posts tabs and another tab which is linked to a Trello instance. Commvault is having issues pulling the tab info from these channels and returns the below error. PerformWebRequest - Web Exception generated [404] [NotFound] [NotFound] [No active channel found with channel id: ]

The Commvault support team have advised that this error is an issue with the Microsoft API.

They advised that the error does not prevent Commvault from backing up the default posts/files tabs but they do seem to indicate they are unable to pull info from other tabs and thus back them up.

Please does anyone have any idea
