Hello everybody,

I have a classic event calendar list (OOTB) on SharePoint 2019.

The view (OOTB) "MyItems.aspx" show all the events including the recurrent event.

The view (OOTB) "calendar.aspx" show all the events including the recurrent event.

The view (OOTB) "AllItems.aspx" doesn't show the recurrent event

MyItems.aspx

AllItems.aspx

this view only shown the 17 items

Why the view "AllItems" show only the 17 iems and not the recurrents events ?

how to get in this view the recurrent events ?

Thanks for your help.

Greetings

    Hi @KOUTNOUYAN ALAIN ,

All Items view is able to see only one item for the recurrence. This is by design. It spans those timings which are mentioned in recurrence and will display the cycle logo on the left side of the list. This view only shows non-recurring events to make all events more clear. If you still need to display all events, you can only switch views in the Manage Views instead of displaying recurring events in this view.

I thank you for your responsiveness

If I understood correctly the "allitem.aspx" view only shows registered events but not recurrences.

how do I get or create a new view showing all recurring events?

    Greetings

    Hi @KOUTNOUYAN ALAIN ,

how to make a new view with the recurrents events ?

SharePoint currently has no OOTB way to create views of recurring events. You can try to use scripts through Power Automate to create "standalone" events in the SharePoint event calendar for the purpose of creating recurring events.
Here are some articles about this for your reference:

If you have trouble creating a flow, you can start a new discussion in the Power Automate Community on this issue for better help.Thank you for your understanding!
