GrenShot application display error 0x87d00213

Hi,Team.

I need help.

A deployment of the grenshot application was executed to a group of teams. But I got error 0x87d00213. That error indicates that the time exceeded the maximum allowed for the installation.

In the configuration of the application placed (720 minutes which is the maximum) and still gave me error.

What could be happening? What can I validate to solve?

    Hi, Fiona.

    I repackaged the application as a package and placed this command line suggested by Eswar.

    /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMESSAGEBOXES /CLOSEAPPLICATIONS /RESTARTAPPLICATIONS /NORESTART

    The application is being installed.

    If you exceed the time limit, it will likely be because there is a popup within the setup and it is waiting for someone to click it. Look at Grenshot log for more details.

    There are teams that if you manage to install the application but still maintain the teams with error

    1. May we know is that in the collection we deployed to, some of the devices we mentioned earlier are successful and some are failed?

    2. Please correct me if I understand it incorrectly, does this mean that when we want to deploy this collection, it is always part of the above failure?
