Hi All,

I would like to disable the protected view in Office application. Since i have multiple office version 2010/2013/2016/O365 and it needs separate group policy settings specific to version.

Instead is there any script which can be deployed to all PC and disable at once. Please suggest

    @karthik palani

    As you said, the administrative template files of different version of Office maybe different. In my opinion, using group policy is appropriate practice.

    • If you need the script to achieve your goal, it may also be based on administrative template files.
    • If you want to do it via registry, the version number of Office may be different.

    If needed, any issues about script I would recommend you to post on the following forum for assistance, as we are responsible for general issues of Office desktop clients.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards,
    Erin
