Cost of Linux VMs with Azure Premium P1

Been searching around for a couple of hours and I need some clarification.

I'd like to establish a baseline if what my organization would be paying for approximately 20 - 30 General Purpose DV3 Linux VMs in a 1 year reserved scenario. Does the fact that we already have AD Premium P1 lower this cost?

@Michael Melanson Thank you for your query!!!

Firstly Premium License is a concept which comes into picture on a directory level which gives you feature on directory not on Subscription.

Premium P1 is designed to empower organisations with more demanding identity and access management needs, Azure Active Directory Premium edition adds feature-rich enterprise-level identity management capabilities and enables hybrid users to seamlessly access on-premises and cloud capabilities. This edition includes everything you need for information worker and identity administrators in hybrid environments across application access, self-service identity and access management (IAM) and security in the cloud.

So having a Premium License won't result in lowering the cost of the resources which are associated with Subscription.

You can calculate the price of your Azure Linux VM using Azure Pricing Calculator.

I added just number of VM and one year reserved instance for your scenario and below is the rough cost estimation:

You can similarly estimate the price by attaching further resources you want to add which will help you to get idea on cost part!!!

    Hope it helps :) !!!
