What source IP range does Teams outgoing webhook use?

I am using Teams outgoing webhook in my company and need to know which source ip range does Teams webhook use to apply Firewall inbound Rules.

When I log the source IPs, I got those below.

IP1: 52.114.36.183

IP2: 52.114.32.220

IP3: 20.89.149.146

IP4: 20.210.92.155

IP5: 20.205.207.121

I also found this link and could match some IPs are included. (IP1&2: 52.112.0.0/14)

But I cannot find which IP ranges includes IP3~5. Could you please let me know what these IP3~5 are and its IP ranges?

Please let me know how to get tenant home region.

You can use the Microsoft Graph API to get the home region of your tenant programmatically. Here's how you can do it using a tool like Postman or through code:

Authenticate with Microsoft Graph using an appropriate authentication method (e.g., OAuth 2.0).

Make a GET request to the following endpoint:

In the response, you will find the preferredDataLocation property, which represents the home region of your tenant.

Table # 3 should cover the Outgoing Webhook required IPs.
