My azure AD account has been added as a guest to another tenant. My account has been given global reader access in the Microsoft 365 admin center. I am able to access their azure ad portal by switching directories. However, I am unable to switch from my company's CSP to their Microsoft 365 admin center and I can't access it via any other means. How should I access their Microsoft 365 Admin center with my azure AD account?

    Hi johnwilliams-4177,

According to Use the Microsoft 365 admin center to manage your subscription, your Azure Active Directory user ID needs to be added by the admin directly in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

The admin can follow this guide and add your user account under "Active Users."

Hope this helps! Let me know if you encounter any issues with this.
