Do you have to sign in regularly to visual studio 2022 community edition?Most of our work is ssdt development on servers with no Internet connection, so we cannot sign in with Microsoft accounts . Is there a time limit/ trial period when using the community edition?

For Visual Studio Community edition, we do require periodical online sign-in to continue using it without interruptions.
In an offline environment, Professional and Enterprise editions might be a better choice.

Hello, it will prompt you to sign into Visual Studio, which will cause VS usage to be interrupted.
When you say "VS usage to be interrupted" doesn't that mean VS IDE will close without a successful sign-in?
No, the VS IDE is not closed automatically. It will prompt sign-in window and if you can't sign into VS online, you will have to exit Visual Studio.
