To apply to "Microsoft for Startups" you say that we should "ask your startup-enabling organization for the Microsoft for Startups package sign-up details unique to your organization.".
We are based in Budapest. How can we find a startup-enabling organization and receive an Referral ID to apply to the program?

i also contacted the support center for getting information about a referral ID as we don't have a startup-enabling organization either. They told me to contact a partner accelerator- we did, but without any new update so far.

We are currently already using Azure and pay for it. So it makes no sense for us to sign up for a free account. We have an account but would like to apply for a Microsoft grant (max. 120k USD) as we are a startup (www.greehill.com).
